The terms that govern use of the ScanPay platform, APIs and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ScanPay platform, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
ScanPay provides payment gateway services, primarily focusing on M-Pesa integrations, automated ISP billing solutions, and utility management. We act as a technical aggregator facilitating transactions between you and mobile network operators.
3. Fees and Payments
ScanPay charges a flat transaction fee (typically 1%) for successful payments processed through our platform. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Settlements are processed according to the schedule agreed upon in your Merchant Agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the ScanPay service to:
- Process payments for illegal goods or services.
- Conduct fraudulent activities or money laundering.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise our security infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ScanPay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
