Yes. ScanPay supports gas billing and payment workflows, covering customer accounts, amounts due, collection, payment verification and account updates.
Both patterns are supported. A refill or delivery can be treated as a billable event against the customer account, and metered supply can be billed against consumption for the period.
Through M-Pesa STK Push, so the payment prompt arrives on their phone with the amount already filled in.
The verified payment event can be pushed to your own dispatch or vending system, so a delivery or credit is released against confirmed money.
